You'll support the Finance Manager and the Management Accountant in the preparation of the Accounting processes and cycle for our End of Life Services business. Support and prepare draft Management Accounts inclusive of Management Accounts production to P&L, variance analysis, margin review. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations including monitoring of sales ledger balances, highlighting any areas of risk. Review and process Funeral Plan invoices and weekly credit notes. Credit control for funeral homes, providing evidence for any debts to be written off and liaison with external debt management company Create and submit weekly death claims for Funeral Plan redemptions and monthly bad debt provision. Provide assistance on budget preparation, quarterly reforecasting, reconciliation and resolution of DIDOS queries. What we're looking for CIMA Level 1 Studier (study support to be provided). Finance department experience. Good communications and influencing skills. Strong analytical skills and organisational skills. High attention to detail. Ability to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines.
