TSR Legal is supporting a large multi-office regional practice based in Bournemouth, seeking to appoint a Legal Director or Corporate Partner to join their expanding national Corporate team. The firm has a busy national corporate commercial division, ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, with significant international reach.
The role involves working with clients including national retailers, high-net-worth individuals, and local and national businesses. Responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, equity and capital markets, accelerated M&A, restructuring, and insolvency.
