Forklift Operator - Day Shift (Temp to Perm)

💷 Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
🕑 Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 2pm - 10pm

We are recruiting Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a busy and expanding team in Rayleigh. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career potential for the right candidates.
If you hold a valid Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA forklift licence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating forklifts (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA) safely, including at height
Loading and unloading lorries
Stocking carpets and flooring products in racking
Picking, scanning, and processing orders accurately
Maintaining smooth warehouse operations
General warehouse duties to ensure a clean and safe workplace
Requirements:
Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA - essential)
Previous warehouse experience
Comfortable working at heights
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
