Housing Manager
Hybrid working covering a patch located in Barnet, London and Office location Harrow.
Salary: circa £32,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications plus benefits including Health Cash Plan.
Join Our Team
This is a great opportunity for a Housing Manager to join Home Group's dedicated housing team in Northwest London. As our Housing Manager, you’ll provide face-to-face support to our communities. This role is ideal if you enjoy variety and delivering excellent services.
Typical Day
* Engaging with customers and proactively managing estates to understand and support our communities.
* Managing several patches with support from Community Housing Assistants.
* Addressing anti-social behaviour, responding to queries and complaints.
* Overseeing the voids process and liaising with local authorities.
* Conducting estate inspections, engaging with contractors, and performing routine safety and compliance checks.
About You
* Experience in housing management, understanding housing law and universal credit.
* Organised, proactive, and positive in approach.
* Passionate about customer service and helping others.
* Resilient, especially when handling complaints.
* Confident working with external partners like local authorities and MPs.
* A team player who can also work independently on local estates.

Job Details
* Hybrid role: working from community patches, Home, or our Harrow office.
* Regular team meetings, with one day in the office weekly.
* Flexible working hours; discuss your preferences during interview.
* Monday to Friday, with occasional evening meetings; your schedule can be flexible.
* Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid.
* Standard DBS check required, paid for by us.
