The role
* As Business Development Executive you will drive new business growth across the North on‑trade while developing existing customer relationships
* Build and manage a structured regional pipeline, supported by CRM and reporting tools
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns, proposals and commercial activity
* Represent the business at trade events, tastings and industry opportunities
* You’re personable, confident and engaging with different types of customers, and keen to make an impact in a business that’s growing fast.
* As Business Development Executive you will ideally have experience within drinks, FMCG or hospitality – from a sales perspective or related fields
* Have proven experience opening up new doors, winning new business and driving sales in a regional role – ideally in drinks
* Want to develop your existing sales experience or passionate about growing your career within the drinks industry
* Strong communicator with the ability to build long‑term, value‑led customer relationships
