Background This role is perfect for someone who has existing legal secretary experience and is looking for a new challenge. The role is offers hybrid working ( 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home). Duties & Responsibilities The role will encompass providing support to the Social Housing team and includes: Organising and prioritising workloads Maintaining fee earner diaries Preparing correspondence Opening and closing files Liaising with clients and taking instructions under the supervision of fee earners Preparing and submitting documentation for court applications Producing and assisting in the preparation of monthly bills Liaising with administration teams in facilitating and organising room bookings, accommodation and travel tickets Person specification Previous experience as a legal secretary Strong competency in all Microsoft packages Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Benefits: Salary of up to £25,768 DOE 25 days holiday increasing with length of service Life Assurance Free Annual Headspace Subscription Salary sacrifice benefits If this sounds like you click the apply today button or contact Eve Story at (url removed)
