The Opportunity
As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager, Strategic Change plays a critical role in advancing WSP's strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Change, this role partners closely with the VP, Organization Effectiveness, colleagues across Strategy & Transformation, and Corporate Function partners—especially Finance—to successfully design, support, and implement organizational change.
A Little More About Your Role...
Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change.
* Lead the change effort for the Finance Forward initiative.
* Implement strategic change initiatives from design through execution.
* Provide executive support in decision-making and change initiative execution.
* Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs.
* Facilitate change conversations with executives and employees.
* Build strong relationships across all levels.
* Strengthen WSP's change infrastructure.
* Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures.

* Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or related field.
* Experience in leading strategic initiatives and transformational change.
* National or global program management experience
