Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in education, psychology, or mental health? Axcis Education is working in partnership with a further education college in Bath, and we’re looking for a full-time Graduate Mental Health Support Worker to start as soon as possible. This role is all about supporting students with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You’ll be working closely with individual students in the classroom—helping them stay engaged, encouraging their confidence, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day. You don’t need prior experience in education. What matters most is empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to support vulnerable young people. If you’re kind, patient, and motivated to make a difference, we’ll provide all the training and guidance you need to succeed.
Why this is a great first step in your career:
* No unsociable hours – work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
* Get paid weekly – £89+ per day
* Looks great on your CV – ideal if you’re considering teacher training, educational psychology or youth work
* Free access to training through the Axcis Academy
* Real, hands-on experience supporting students with additional needs
This role starts post Easter and runs full-time during term time, with the opportunity to become permanent after an initial settling-in period. If you’re a graduate ready to take your first step into education, mental health, or support work—and you want a job where you can make a genuine difference—we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and start your journey with Axcis Education.
