Our niche and well-established client law firm based in Stanmore is now expanding and is currently looking for a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor /Lawyer of 2-5 yrs pqe to join their Property Dept.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be experienced in the conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties and someone who is able to manage their own caseload.
The Residential Property Solicitor will be required to have experience of Case Management Systems.
