REF: JOB6270 Role Outline: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor / Remote Case Manager with a specialism in mental health, to join our busy Occupational Health Team. You will be dedicated to one client where this position plays a pivotal role in the health and wellbeing of many employees across our clients sites. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, supporting employees with their health concerns, and facilitating effective case management remotely. Key Responsibilities: You will be instrumental in supporting employees with their mental health concerns and providing comprehensive case management services from a remote setting. You will provide advice and recommendations on work capability, managing a case load of employees and delivering telephone consultation to assess their mental health needs and advise on appropriate support. You will develop and implement return to work plans in collaboration with employees, employers, and healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance on workplace adjustments, health surveillance, and health promotion initiatives. You will maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with professional standards and GDPR regulations. What we are looking for: Be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse, with experience working in a similar role in Occupational Health. Ideally you will have a diploma or degree in Occupational Health. Experience in a commercial occupational health setting. Proven experience in case management and are confident in your ability to complete a daily caseload. Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation Registration with NMC part 1 Be proficient in the use of IT systems and writing reports. Hours: This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Location: Homebased Please note that this vacancy is for remote working from home in the UK only. Working from abroad is not allowed and will not be considered for this role. Applicants must ensure they are able to legally work and reside in the UK and must be available to work during UK working hours.
