Job Description Were looking for a Revenue Director, to lead the revenue function across our Hotels Division. Reporting to the Managing Director, Hotels, this commercially critical role is responsible for setting and delivering the divisional revenue strategy across a diverse portfolio of hotel brands and franchise partners.
Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, the Revenue Director drives top-line performance while ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day revenue activities across the hotel division.
This role requires the ability to move seamlessly between working on the business shaping long-term commercial strategy, capability, and future growth and working in the business, supporting revenue teams, solving live trading challenges, and influencing performance in real time.
As a trusted partner to senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Development, and People, the Revenue Director leads the evolution of revenue management capability across the division. This includes supporting new hotel openings, rebrands, feasibility studies, and growth opportunities, ensuring commercial insight and robust revenue modelling inform key investment and strategic decisions.

Role in our Family Key Responsibilities:
Set and Deliver Divisional Revenue Strategy - Own and drive the end-to-end revenue strategy for the Hotels Division, ensuring alignment with divisional and group commercial objectives. Translate long-term strategic goals into actionable plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth across all brands and franchise partners.
Lead Revenue Performance Across a Multi-Brand Portfolio - Provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse hotel portfolio operating under multiple franchise brands (including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott), ensuring brand standards are met while optimising commercial outcomes for the business.
Balance Strategic Leadership with Hands-On Execution - Operate fluidly between strategic discussions and hands-on involvement in day-to-day revenue management, supporting teams with live trading decisions, performance reviews, and tactical interventions where required.
Drive Forecasting, Pricing, and Demand Optimisation - Oversee divisional forecasting, pricing, yield, and demand management strategies, ensuring data-led decision-making, robust governance, and consistent best practice across all hotels.
Lead and Develop Divisional Revenue Teams - Lead the Revenue function across the Hotels Division, managing and developing Revenue Leaders and their teams. Build a high-performance culture focused on capability uplift, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Commercial Outcomes - Work in close partnership with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People teams to ensure revenue strategy is fully integrated into operational delivery, commercial planning, and talent development.
Support Growth, Development, and Feasibility Activity - Play a key role in feasibility studies, new hotel openings, rebrands, and development projects, providing commercial insight, revenue modelling, and market analysis to support investment and growth decisions.
Embed Consistency, Standards, and Best Practice - Establish and embed consistent revenue management frameworks, tools, systems, and reporting across the division, while allowing for appropriate brand and market nuance.
Leverage Data, Systems, and Insight - Champion the effective use of revenue systems, analytics, and reporting tools to drive insight, transparency, and informed decision-making at hotel, divisional, and group level.
Act as a Commercial Leader and Role Model - Role model Splendid Hospitality Group values, acting as a visible, credible commercial leader who builds trust, challenges constructively, and supports leaders and teams to perform at their best.
About You:
Significant senior revenue leadership experience gained within the hospitality sector
Proven experience working within a hotel management company operating across multiple brands and franchise partners
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth across complex hotel portfolios
Experience supporting feasibility studies, new openings, rebrands, or major development projects
