Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support to internal users via telephone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
* Prioritize and escalate issues to 3rd line support when necessary.
* Administer and maintain the corporate estate, including workstations and Office 365.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a service desk environment in a 2nd line support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
* Understanding of basic networking concepts.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
