Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a talented Graduate to join our team as a Product Specialist. To be considered for this role, you should have: A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM or Law-related discipline. At least AAA at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV). Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash. Excellent customer-facing skills. A sales spark; while this is not a purely sales-focused role, this skill is necessary due to the nature of the position. A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude. A strong aptitude for picking up new technologies. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English. Responsibilities: As a Product Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will liaise with internal teams, primarily the tech team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing live customer projects from planning to final review. Providing customer training to new and existing customers. Delivering workflow advice to customers using our product. Identifying significant new projects. Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to the tech team. Gaining an in-depth understanding of our technology to advise customers on data import/export. Providing updates to the management team on accounts.
