Mellors Care is seeking a Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Nottingham. This is a newly established service, supporting 2 young people with EBD.
The role involves leading the service and ensuring staff and client support. Key responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with Ofsted and Local Authority
2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
3. Ensuring safe staffing through recruitment and staff rostering
4. Ensuring regulatory compliance
5. Implementing Safeguarding and child protection procedures
