An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser / Strategic Planner to join a highly respected national wealth management firm in a fully home-based role.
This position offers something many advisory roles cannot — a consistent pipeline of qualified client meetings, generated through long-standing corporate partnerships and workplace financial education programmes.
That means no prospecting, no self-generation, and no starting from scratch — allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering high-quality financial advice.
You’ll work with employees from leading UK organisations, helping them build confidence around their pensions, investments and long-term financial planning.
The Opportunity
As a Strategic Planner – New Client Advisor, you will meet with clients introduced through workplace financial wellbeing initiatives. These individuals are actively seeking guidance and value professional financial advice.
Clients range from early-career professionals through to senior executives, all looking for support with retirement planning and broader financial strategy.
You’ll be supported by dedicated paraplanning, client services and technology teams, ensuring your time is focused on delivering advice and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised financial advice across pensions, retirement planning and investments
* Conduct client meetings via video and telephone
* Build trusted long-term client relationships
* Translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical guidance
* Work closely with paraplanners and client service teams to deliver high-quality advice
* Maintain compliant and accurate client documentation
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to £80,000
Plus:

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience providing regulated financial advice
* CAS status (Competent Adviser Status)
* Strong experience in pension and retirement planning
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* Ability to deliver advice in a remote environment
