Responsibilities
1. Lead quarterly planning within and across initiatives to ensure priorities align with strategic objectives and deliver impact on agreed metrics
2. Support Process Owners and Scrum Master in detailed planning, execution, and delivery of their initiative
3. Work closely with teams across the organization (., IT, sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure collaboration and effective execution of project deliverables
4. Own the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring that appropriate management processes and tools are in place, and that each initiative is driven efficiently and optimally within scope and budget
5. Serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and key collaborators. Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and lead expectations throughout the lifecycle of the initiatives
6. Implement metrics to measure overall Center for Process Excellence, as well as individual initiative, performance and ensure continuous improvement
7. Identify potential risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track
8. Support resource allocation across initiatives, ensuring that teams have the vital tools and support to achieve the initiative goals
9. Lead budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution of all initiatives
10. Chip in to the development and refinement of program management processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
Qualifications
11. 12+ years dynamic experience in program and project management with a consistent record of successfully completing large-scale programs delivering change across people, process, data, and technology in sophisticated, global organizations
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence collaborators and drive alignment across teams with varied strengths
13. Ability to analyze sophisticated situations, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
14. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
15. Deep knowledge of project management tools (., Jira)
Ability to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure success
16. Change management experience required
17. Process discovery, design, and implementation experience required
18. Experience with business process management (., modelling, mining, automation) a plus
19. Proven understanding of Lean concepts and tools a plus
20. Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams required; Product Owner and/or
21. Scrum Master certifications a plus
22. PMP or equivalent certification required
23. Prosci certifications a plus
24. Master’s Degree required
