Position: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Shirland
Salary: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour DOE
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 15:30, Friday 06:00 - 14:30
Please note - A full Clean UK Driving Licence is required for you to be considered for this position.

They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team for a seasonal role until the end of October.

An award-winning independent grounds maintenance company serving commercial clients across the UK.
About the Role:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will work in teams of two to ensure that various commercial sites are kept in excellent condition. This role involves early starts and offers the satisfaction of seeing immediate results from your efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
• A full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Desirable:
• PA1 & PA6 certifications.
• Experience in commercial grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
