About you:
• RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN
• 2+ years Nursing Home Management experience
• Excellent CI knowledge, a proven track record of achieving/improving good CI grades
• A ‘hands on’ management style
• A full driving licence
This medium sized Nursing Home is located ideally within East Lothian & has a great local reputation. Rated at 3’s & 4’s the current manager has improved grades & local reputation & the home is in a great position for a new manager to take the helm & continue it’s success.
A Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN) with a proven track record of achieving high CI grades & the ability to hit the ground running with this established Nursing Home team that are looking for stability since this leading UK charity have acquired the home. You will have 24/7 responsibility for the Nursing Home, be registered with SSSC/CI & manage all clinical & business aspects of the home alongside a Deputy Manager & nursing team.
This role is predominantly office hours & benefits from a very competitive Home Manager bonus scheme.
