Role: Store Manager
Location: Kingston North
Salary: £40,376 per annum (OTE £44,413) + benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, mixture of early and late shifts covering opening and closing times.

Responsibilities
* Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognising and rewarding your team while maximising the performance of your store
* Identifying the potential of your team to build a strong talent pipeline
* Creating a working environment where people are happy to come to work
* Full ownership of store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensuring you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service
* Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
* Taking accountability for all aspects of store operations, including cleanliness, health and safety compliance, store security and accurate administration
* Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
