About the Housing Lawyer position: Sellick Partnership is thrilled to be supporting a Local Authority in Essex with recruitment for a permanent Housing Lawyer.
Responsibilities of the Housing Lawyer
The successful housing lawyer will be responsible for undertaking ownership of a varied and demanding caseload to include:
* A particular focus on disrepair cases, dealing with cases from pre-litigation through to conclusion of litigation
* Possession proceedings
* Closure orders
* Enforcement actions
Experience required for the Housing Lawyer
A strong understanding of the pre-action protocol for housing conditions claims and the litigation process is essential. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
