Team Leaders Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Location:Redditch |Pay:£15.50 £17.00 per hour |Type:Full-time
We're launching our first Children's Home in Redditch, registered for 4 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and we're looking for passionateTeam Leadersto join our founding team.
What you'll bring:
* 18+ months experience in children's residential care
* Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Proven leadership skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive
What we offer:
* £15.50 £17.00 per hour
* 2-ON 4-OFF shift pattern (7am 10:30pm with sleep-ins paid at £70)
