Key Responsibilities
* Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Managing probate and full estate administration matters
* Trust creation and ongoing administration
* Inheritance Tax and succession planning advice
* Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development initiatives
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
* Confident managing a full caseload independently
* Strong technical expertise across wills, probate and tax planning
* Experience advising on complex and high-value estates
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercially aware and proactive in approach
