Salary: From £36,000-£44,000 Depending On Experience
Location: Pity Me, Durham/Hybrid
About The Role
As a Lead Test Analyst, you will oversee testing processes, resources, and plans for IT projects and Product Families. You will create and implement Test Strategies to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards. Reporting to the Service Management & QA Manager, you will proactively manage risks in testing activities, assess impacts on timelines, and develop mitigation strategies. Building effective stakeholder relationships and communicating complex technical concepts clearly are essential. Collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to foster a proactive testing culture and support test automation is also key.
About You
Are you a highly skilled testing professional with experience in managing testing processes and creating effective Test Strategies? Can you identify risks early, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies? Do you have the ability to transition seamlessly between overseeing testing and detailed test case creation? Have you led and motivated test teams working with development and implementation teams both domestically and abroad? If so, we would love to hear from you!
