Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the head chef and whole kitchen team in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
* Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and all a standards are upheld.
* Ensure strict and rigid cleaning schedule.
* Excel in a busy kitchen environment.
* Have a good relationship with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
* Be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
* Complete day to day kitchen duties i.e. basic prep, cleaning, deliveries etc.
* Work closely with the head chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel .
* To be an ambassador for the hotel/ hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
