Recruitment Support Officer (Temporary Role) - £12.60 per hour - Hybrid (Newport, Wales)
Duration: 12 months (Potential Extension)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful Central Government recruitment campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
1. Be the first point of contact for applicants and hiring managers
2. Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails related to recruitment processes
3. Support internal teams by gathering information from applicant tracking systems and escalating more complex queries
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the candidate journey
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes
6. Highlight and contribute to service improvements
7. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Shift Model & Hours:
8. Hybrid working: 2 days in-office (currently Thursday & Friday), 3 days from home
9. Office Location: Newport
10. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible shift rota within these hours)
Training & Support:
11. On-the-job training provided (no formal classroom training required)
12. Continuous support and guidance from experienced colleagues and line managers
