Job description
We’re looking for an experienced tutor to provide one-to-one support for a student with an EHCP and a confirmed ASD diagnosis, focusing on GCSE Maths and English (AQA).
Requirements:
1. Experience supporting students with SEN/ASD.
2. Ability to break down exam questions into manageable steps and teach strategies for understanding what’s being asked.
3. In-person tuition only.
Ideal Tutor:
4. Background in SEN teaching or specialist tutoring.
5. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the student’s learning style.
6. Committed to helping the student progress toward achieving a pass grade in GCSE English and Maths.
7. Ability to teach Maths and English up to GCSE.
