Our Delivery Managers play a critical role in delivering justice. If you are customer-focused, committed to excellent service, enthusiastic about leading and motivating a team, then this role offers an opportunity to be pivotal within HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS).
About Us
HMCTS is an agency of the Ministry of Justice responsible for administering criminal, civil, and family Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales. Our roles support service users and colleagues, facilitating access to justice.
The First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) handles applications, appeals, and disputes related to property and land. It comprises three divisions: Residential Property, Land Registration, and Agricultural Land & Drainage.
We operate from regional offices across the country, including Birmingham, Cambridge, Havant, London, and Manchester, managing various case types and preparing for upcoming legislative changes.
Your Role
You will oversee the smooth operation of the Chamber, lead your team, support the Operations Manager, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage a team based in Cambridge, with responsibilities for change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.

You are a problem solver, effective communicator, and team leader with a focus on customer service. You can manage relationships across levels, develop team plans, and meet targets within budget. Your approach is collaborative and diplomatic, ensuring high performance and morale.
Additional Details
Recruits typically join at the civil service minimum band. The role is office-based, full-time (37 hours/week), with flexible working options considered.
