Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive
2+ PQE | Civil Litigation | Bognor Regis, West Sussex
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a friendly, well‑established and supportive law firm based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
This role offers the chance to manage a broad and interesting civil litigation caseload, with genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the litigation department.
The Role
You will be responsible for running your own varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, to include:
* Contract and commercial disputes
* Contentious probate
* Neighbour and property disputes
* Professional negligence claims
* Landlord & Tenant litigation
Matters are handled across a range of forums including:
* County Court proceedings
* Tribunals
* Arbitration
* Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
You will have autonomy in your role while being supported by an approachable and collaborative team.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation
* Experience managing files with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution
* Confident providing clear, practical and jargon‑free advice to clients
* Proactive, commercially aware and keen to contribute to departmental growth
