Your day to day as a Mental Health Assistant will consist of the below:
* Supporting students to access their education in a safe, calm and engaging way
* Helping the students regulate their emotions and manage their behaviour positively
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual interventions and therapeutic plans
* Support communication and social skills to support emotional development
* Monitor progress and record observation and behaviour notes
