Calling all superstar Marketeers! This is a rare opportunity to join a successful, boutique, fast-growing, luxury property company and take the lead on all things Marketing. You will need to have a background in creative content production/marketing, ideally in the world of property and/or luxury.

It is a multifaceted role that combines content production, marketing and operational support. One moment you’ll be curating sleek brochures or editing high-end reels for social media, the next you’ll be coordinating diaries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It’s a role for someone who loves both structure and style – and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

As Marketing Mananger/Office Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading on all marketing collateral, increasing exposure and driving the business forward
* Designing and delivering standout marketing content across digital, print, and social
* Managing the website, newsletters, brand assets, and social media presence
* Ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all platforms and materials
* Coordinating daily property operations, from scheduling to client liaison and compliance
* Maintaining our CRM (Reapit), uploading listings (Zoopla, Rightmove), and managing databases
* Handling technical tasks (Microsoft 365 admin, light troubleshooting) with confidence
What they're looking for:
* 2+ years in a marketing or creative role, ideally in luxury, property, or boutique industries
* Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, CRM systems, and social platforms
* Impeccably organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, detail-obsessed team player who’s always ready to roll up their sleeves
* Someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and making a visible impact
