We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Dealing and Register Servicing Operations Manager to join our UK TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in MANCHESTER In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct oversight of work of investor services operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing by applying industry knowledge and best practices. Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents and analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, owning the review and maintenance of relevant procedures with our print vendor. Support the operations manager with daily workflow management, training, and development within the team, and participate in periodic reviews and audits with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining a robust control framework and risk management practices. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, encouraging skill development and career growth, in line with the management career track. Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and report findings to senior management. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. Typically 5-10 years of experience in investor services operations or transaction processing (or similar), demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements. Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across various levels of the organization to achieve common goals.
