Responsibilities include:
* Maximise sales and profitability within the region through existing and prospective customers
* Promote Etex’s Thruwall system and related products, securing orders via Framework Partners and Sub-Contractors
* Manage customer enquiries from initial contact to delivery
* Utilise Salesforce CRM for tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and sharing updates
* Attend meetings to present Etex solutions and ensure customer understanding
* Collaborate across the Etex Group to generate leads and drive sales initiatives
* Oversee design orders, project milestones, and timelines
* Maintain contact with key clients and Sub-Contractors to ensure competitive pricing
* Update CRM accurately with meeting notes, follow-ups, and sales activities
Qualifications and skills:
* Proven external sales experience in the construction industry
* Willingness to travel extensively
* Experience in drylining or cladding is advantageous
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Team player with a professional approach
* Resilient, proactive, and tenacious
* Experience delivering CPDs, bid reviews, or client meetings is a plus
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reading technical drawings is advantageous
