Adecco are recruiting for an PA to support their director for one of their clients to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will:
Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Development & Alumni Relations and members of the DDAR management team as required. Duties including, but not limited to:
Liaising between all persons and organisations having business with the Director
Proactive diary management for the Director
Ensuring department's calendar is kept up to date with Director's meetings and travel
Arranging all aspects of internal/external meetings for the Director, including identifying dates, booking venues, making travel arrangements and organising refreshments as required
Creating itineraries and making appropriate travel arrangements for overseas trips, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, insurance, etc.
Essential
Significant experience of providing PA / administrative support at a senior level, including diary management.
Experience of organising international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
Experience of providing administrative support for meetings, including taking accurate notes
Experience of financial management and budget monitoring
Experience of working in an administrative role in the Higher Education sector or charitable organisation. This is a 12 week contract:
21.9 hours. Hours to be worked across Monday to Friday to be agreed with chosen candidate - ideally the candidate will definitely work Fridays.
