Location: High Wycombe with travel around 2 days per week to customer sites across London (Hybrid working available – flexibility discussed at interview)

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to develop new business opportunities, expand our client’s presence in the dental market, and cultivate lasting relationships with dental practices.

About You
* Knowledge of the dental industry and dental products is essential. Ideally digital dentistry.
* Experience either working in a dental sales role OR with clinical experience (such as Dental Nurse, TCO, Practice Manager or Hygienist) and looking to move into dental sales.
* Strong network within the dental field (including clinics and professionals) is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Growth & Development
* Identify new business opportunities with dental practices.
* Leverage existing dental industry contacts to generate leads and form new partnerships with both independent and corporate dental groups.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
* Partner Relationship Management
* Strengthen and maintain established relationships.
* Conduct proactive check-ins to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
* Seek innovative approaches to deepen partnerships within the dental sector
* Market Insights & Strategic Planning
* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the dental sector.
* Provide regular, actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.
* Align business development initiatives with overall company goals by working closely with the wider team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Dentistry is preferred.
* Experience within the dental industry in a clinical or commercial role.
* Proactive and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
