We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives for our client based in Wigston

You will be working in a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment, supporting the production of juices and energy drinks on a busy bottling and canning line.
This is a repetitive, hands-on role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery used for canning and bottling beverages
* Producing, filling, packing, and labelling drinks (juices and energy drinks)
* Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment
* Supporting daily output targets of approximately 6,000 units per day
* Ensuring product quality and consistency
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Ideally previous experience in the food & beverage manufacturing sector
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment
* Good communication skills with a minimum good level of English
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
* Willingness to operate machinery (training provided if required)
