What You'll Bring:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
1. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the UK & Europe Business, coordinating with international senior stakeholders.
2. Managing month-end FP&A deliverables with insightful financial analysis.
3. Driving improvements in reporting tools and FP&A processes.
4. Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
5. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of finance professionals to foster high performance and resilience.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven experience in FP&A or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
* Resilient team leadership with high emotional intelligence.
