Key Responsibilities:
* Support can include:
* Explaining in steps how to do a task set by the teacher;
* Joining college trips to support learners;
* Meeting and greeting a learner to help them into College and to their lessons;
* Using support strategies to keep a learner / learners focused on their learning; and
* Creating or making adaptions to materials to help the learner access their learning / environment.
Key Person Specification Requirements:
* GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent);
* Good working knowledge and understanding of a wide range of additional needs and strategies to support them;
* Excellent organisational and digital literacy skills; and
* Enhanced DBS check.
