SAP Delivery Lead
Location: London / Birmingham / Manchester

In this role you will:
• Coach and manage the delivery team to design and deliver SAP solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
• Lead all phases of large SAP programs – from blueprint to design, build, test and post‑go‑live support.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore colleagues, building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Deliver on project scope, timelines and budgets, supporting revenue and cost management.
Qualifications
* Significant experience managing delivery of large SAP programs with non‑T&M commercial constructs (risk/reward, revenue share, fixed price or fixed outcomes).
* Strong project‑management skills, covering scope, timeline and resource control.
* Revenue‑management expertise, handling actual & forecasted revenues and maintaining Cost‑to‑Charge Ratio (CCI%).
* Comfortable with multiple PM methods (Waterfall, Agile) across the delivery lifecycle.
* Senior stakeholder management, including customer‑satisfaction expectations.
* Experience driving delivery in multi‑vendor or hybrid environments (client, 3rd parties, contractors).
* Result‑driven, customer‑focused, excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
* Experience with international, multicultural projects.
* Relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Set Yourself Apart
* S4/HANA experience is highly desirable.
* Consulting environment experience.
* Specialisation in S/4 implementation activities (data migration, cutover, test management, mobilisation, coordination with solution architects for scope).
