Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage with people from all walks of life to understand their needs and wants, communicating effectively via email, phone, face-to-face, and videos for social channels.
2. Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
3. Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers through regular contact to capitalize on opportunities while ensuring high customer service standards.
4. Collaborate with colleagues within your branch to identify referral opportunities.
5. Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
6. Present confidently on camera to engage audiences, generate and sustain client relationships, maximize in-branch opportunities, and excel in a challenging environment.
7. Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team to maximize client value.
8. Generate your own leads and business.
9. Coordinate with the Estate Agency team, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient client processes.
10. Provide exceptional client care throughout the customer journey, exceeding expectations where possible.
Working Hours:
* Full-time, office-based role
* Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
* Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
* Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
Requirements:
* Current CeMAP qualification or equivalent industry qualification.
* Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising.
* Legal right to work in the UK, with evidence such as passport or birth certificate.
* Proof of address, National Insurance, and full UK driving license.
* Subject to passing probation.

* On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
