INDELSEN - Autism Teaching Assistant. Are you looking for a job working with autistic students? Do you have experience in SEND?
The school is based in Swanley, Kent. The right person will work across the board in an autism-focused setting, supporting small classes of students who need both academic and social development. Classes typically have 5-6 pupils with one to two Teaching and Learning Support Assistants. The pupils have often struggled in mainstream education and most are on EHCPs with diagnoses including ADHD and/or Autism. The role involves being part of a team that delivers a curriculum designed to meet individual needs and support the best possible educational outcomes.
