<div><h3>Fieldwork and Survey Execution</h3><ul><li>Conduct asbestos surveys efficiently, safely, and professionally in occupied and unoccupied buildings.</li><li>Analyse building construction, materials, and operational use to determine appropriate surveying and sampling strategies.</li><li>Collect samples and data using approved company methods, procedures, and test equipment.</li></ul><p>Ensure all site activities minimise environmental impact and comply with company environmental and quality procedures.</p><h3>Reporting and Documentation</h3><ul><li>Collate survey data accurately to support objective and comprehensive reporting.</li><li>Prepare clear, technically accurate client reports to a competent professional standard.</li></ul><p>Support report production and, where workload allows, assist in the preparation and finalisation of client documentation.</p><h3>Equipment and Time Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain, calibrate, and care for the company test instruments and equipment.</li></ul><p>Effectively manage working time across office, site, and home environments to maximise productivity and service delivery.</p><h3>Training, Compliance, and Professional Development</h3><ul><li>Operate in full compliance with the company training policy, including internal and external training, reviews, authorisation, and record keeping.</li><li>Progress toward Lead Surveyor authorisation following a successful competency review with the Operations Manager.</li><li>Maintain Continual Professional Development (CPD) in line with the company requirements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Academic background in Engineering or Science, educated to college or degree level.</li><li>Industry qualification: P402.</li><li>Proven knowledge of building construction and materials.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of asbestos testing equipment and survey instruments.</li><li>Experience conducting the company field building surveys or demonstrable equivalent experience.</li><li>Ability to follow technical direction from senior personnel and work effectively as part of a team.</li><li>Professional approach when dealing with clients, including handling sensitive or confidential information.</li><li>Sound general knowledge of legislation relevant to the company services.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and environmental expertise.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.</li></ul><h3>Total Rewards</h3><p>We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The annual target incentive for this position is 55% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
