Support Worker - Team Motivate

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, meals, and mobility support.
* Offer practical help around the home - cleaning, shopping, cooking, and companionship.
* Support health needs such as taking medication (with training provided).
* Encourage independence, wellbeing, and social connections.
* Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure the best care.
What we\'re looking for
* A kind, patient and respectful approach.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
* Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding.
* Experience in care is helpful but not essential - full training is provided.
Requirements
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths preferred.
* QCF Level 2 Diploma desirable (or willingness to work towards it).
* Driving licence desirable.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
