Job Description
3. Manage client accounts across website development and digital marketing projects
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
5. Draft proposals, quotations, and manage project scopes
6. Ensure proactive service delivery and client satisfaction
7. Track KPIs, contribute to management information, and support business efficiency
8. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time
9. Influence continual improvement of agency processes and workflows
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be an experienced, client-focused Account Manager who thrives managing multiple digital marketing and web development projects. They will be proactive, organised, and able to build strong relationships, grow client budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
