What the job involves The role involves managing complex caseloads and providing professional advice and support to other social workers. You will collaborate with various organizations, engage with service users and their carers in co-producing assessments and care plans, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and statutory duties. In addition to maintaining accurate records and completing assessments, you will also support less experienced staff, contribute to policy development, and undertake staff training.
