Site Assistant (Permanent) - Outwood Academy Hasland Hall
Hours: 37hrs p/wk • Contract: Full Time (52 weeks) • Salary banding: Grade 3, Step 5-6

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to work alongside the Site Manager to maintain care of the academy premises, and to carry out a range of general maintenance along with health and safety duties within the buildings and the grounds. The appointed person will have knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, an understanding of safeguarding, be able to undertake maintenance tasks, and be responsible for the security of the site. Working under an experienced site manager, a full induction and training package will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Maintain care of the academy premises and carry out general maintenance
* Perform health and safety duties within the buildings and grounds
* Assist with site security and safeguarding as required
* Work under the supervision of the Site Manager with an induction and training program
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* Good understanding of safeguarding
* Ability to undertake maintenance tasks
* Responsible for the security of the site
Working Hours
37 hours per week
