Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Develop new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques.
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
