This one is for you. We’re on the lookout for a talented CNC Press Brake Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a small but mighty manufacturing team in Northampton. They turn flat sheets of aluminium and galvanised steel into to -quality products you’ll actually see out in the real world and they need another skilled pair of hands to keep up with demand. This isn’t a “stand there and press go” kind of role. You’ll be trusted to run the show on the machine. Programming, setting, folding and checking your own work. All while working alongside a close knit crew that genuinely enjoys what they do. What you’ll be doing Programming, setting and operating Bystronic CNC press brakes (experience on other makes is just as good). Reading engineering drawings and folding to spec. Accuracy is everything. Owning the quality of your work from start to finish. What’s on offer £16 – £18 per hour (depending on experience). Day shifts: 07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (45 hours paid). Breaks: 15 mins paid (morning), 30 mins lunch, 15 mins paid (afternoon). 20 days holiday bank holidays. Christmas shutdown (2 weeks off!) Company pension. PPE & uniform provided (just bring your own boots). Free on site parking. Who we’re looking for A press brake pro who can program, set and operate, not just load and go.
