A leading offshore law firm is looking to appoint an experienced associate to its market-leading corporate team in Jersey. This position sits across their Funds and Corporate Real Estate practice, offering a diverse and challenging workload at the intersection of investment structures, real estate transactions, and corporate advisory matters. As part of the largest corporate practice in the Channel Islands, the successful candidate will contribute to a team that regularly advises financial institutions, investment managers, multinational corporates, and private equity clients on complex, cross-border matters. The role will cover a broad mix of work, including: Fund structuring and formation (particularly real estate and private equity funds) Corporate real estate transactions, including SPVs and asset holding vehicles Joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations General corporate and regulatory advice across a range of sectors Candidate Criteria: Applicants should have 4–6 years’ PQE in corporate or funds law, ideally gained at a recognised onshore or offshore firm. Experience in corporate real estate transactions is strongly preferred. Strong academics, sound technical skills, and a commercial, solutions-driven mindset are essential.
