As we continue to expand our capabilities and market presence, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to champion our growth initiatives and align new opportunities with our technical strengths.This role eventually requires a deep understanding of technical testing services and the ability to translate market needs into actionable strategies. Training and support will be provided.
The Strategic Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating opportunities that align with Resonate Testing’s core competencies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in high-growth sectors such as space systems and battery technologies.
• Develop client-specific strategies that leverage Resonate Testing’s unique capabilities.
• Expand our reach into new domestic and international markets.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform targeted outreach and service development.
• Brand and Industry Engagement
• Elevate Resonate Testing’s brand through strategic marketing, thought leadership, and active participation in industry forums and conferences.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including aerospace OEMs, battery innovators, and regulatory bodies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and our service offerings.
• Lead the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposals reflect our testing capabilities and client requirements.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a strategic edge.
• Provide insights to guide service innovation and business strategy.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of testing services.
• Facilitate feedback loops between clients and internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
• Realising an increase in company revenue
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
