Position: Business Development Associate Business Unit: Graphic Communications Location: Europe, Remote Reports to: Director, Marketing Graphic Communications, a CAI Division is a leading provider of manufacturing ERP and production software for the graphic communications market serving commercial and publication printers, promotional and transactional mail producers, sign & screen display manufacturers, in-house print centers and print-for-pay providers. Job Description: We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate “BDA” to help drive our sales and grow the business. As a part of the marketing and sales organization the BDA is responsible for building pipeline through generating new business lead opportunities for the direct sales group. You should be able to research and identify new business opportunities, develop sales pitches and effective business plans and build long-lasting relationships with new prospects, existing clients and with new and prospective partners. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to identify and understand problems and challenges, and to offer solutions that deliver value and to drive company growth. Job Responsibilities: Build and strengthen high-value business relationships across the European market (UK, France, Germany) to drive revenue growth and long-term commercial success. Generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the regional sales organization by leveraging Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, HubSpot, and outbound prospecting best practices. Identify and evaluate new market segments and buyer personas that align with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across targeted European industries. Develop and execute data-driven business development plans to optimize lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion performance. Participate in quarterly and annual business reviews, providing insight into pipeline health, lead performance metrics, and revenue forecasting. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and SQL quota targets, contributing to the overall regional revenue plan. Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene by ensuring all prospect interactions, account intelligence, and lead data are accurately captured and updated in Salesforce and HubSpot. Support cross-functional initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as needed within a high-growth, fast-paced enterprise environment. Qualify and nurture inbound leads from multiple digital and offline channels, ensuring timely follow-up and progression from MQL to SQL. Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop programs that increase pipeline—from event engagement, partner associations, targeted campaigns, dossier creation, to post-event lead nurturing workflows. Identify, research, and engage new strategic accounts within assigned European territories, executing structured outreach plans to build awareness and develop new business opportunities Additional Requirements: 2 years of experience in business development roles French language and or German language skills highly valued Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Experience in a role developing qualified leads Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Highly motivated, project-oriented self-starter with a record of delivering successful results Experience using (CRM), marketing software tools i.e. “Hubspot”, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel This role is a remote role Minimal travel as required This is a full-time salaried position, reporting to the Director, Marketing.
